Taking Three Steps For Applying The Simple Law Of Attraction
Mood:  caffeinated
Power, the kind that makes you in control of your life, was the reaffirming thought that I brought away from viewing the movie, “The Secret. ”My emotions are controlled by my thoughts, my actions are controlled by my emotions, I am in control of whether I am happy or sad. The law of attraction is simple and I use it in my life to help me align and achieve my goals.

You can improve your life by using these three law of attraction techniques.

1.  Visualization.

This is not a simple technique to use when you have problems focusing on your goals, an important part of the simple law of attraction. 


Staying focused is not easy when your mind is echoing with thoughts like the noise in a busy train station. Your goals can become obscured, visualizing them is affected, when we become inundated with the deadlines, problems, and worries of our quotidian lives. Can't concentrate? Drop what you're doing and do something you love. This simple tip for the use of the law of attraction will put you in the proper place mentally, so you can make the law of attraction work for you. Channel thinking into the business of  your goals, your dreams toward realization, that should your main focus once you've regained control of your mind. 


Positive thinking and visualization are the foundation of the law of attraction and the law is basically the belief that like attracts like. However you choose to worship, or not, is meaningless regarding the law – how you think is what brings good or bad things into your life. Our thoughts, subconscious or conscious, attract the happenings, both good or bad, in our lives and thus we are responsible for the state in which we find ourselves. 


2.  Gratitude.

Giving thanks is so much a part of our lives or our worship, we often overlook the fact that it can be life-changing.

To reinforce the power of gratitude, I've come up with some ways to give thanks.  So that I recognize how it makes me a better person, a happier person.

Daily, give thanks the moment you awaken.

Construct a list in your mind and check off each item that makes you grateful.  This is a simple law of attraction technique to get your positive energy charged for the rest of the day.

Challenges are a gift, be grateful for them.

Opportunities – that's what challenges are.  From them you can grow and change.  They can change you into a winner or a whiner.

Making a gratitude list will get you through the roughest day.

No matter how bad the circumstances of the day in which you find yourself, you can always find something that brings you joy or gratitude.

No matter how little it may be, give thanks for what you have.

Everybody can see ways in which their lives can be improved.  Yearning for more or better circumstances is human nature.  Meanwhile, be thankful for what you have.  A fundamental rule of the law of attraction is being grateful for what you do have, no matter how measly it may seem.

3. Tomorrow always comes and it's just the same as yesterday without action.

Though rather simplistic in approach, “The Secret”, a movie, sets about illuminating the law of attraction. Too much emphasis has been placed on positive thinking and visualizing and not enough about the action required to manifest wealth in any form. More than just wishful thinking, the law of attraction demands more if you are to find your significant other or lose weight.

Certainly a feel-good movie and a good vehicle to teach about the law of attraction, it just doesn't dwell enough on the action required to manifest your desires.

Your quotidian concerns can divert you from taking the steps to turn your goals and aspirations into reality.

If this is the case, you need to do a few things to prevent life's distractions from sidetracking you.

Rolling the same old idea over and over in your mind will lead nowhere except into a bigger and bigger circle. Perfection is another bugaboo.  Always strive for it, but don't let it stop you.  A cup with a chip is better than no cup at all. Take your time, conserve your strength, be methodical.

The law of attraction will help you gain your goals more effectively and efficiently if you keep the above tips in mind.  Before you know it, you will be living the life you want to have on this earth.

What Positive Thinking Can Do For You

Everyone knows that having a positive atitude is an essential facet to being happy.  Here are 3 positive thinking tips that will keep your spirits up during adverse circumstances.  It's not easy to stay optimistic , when life's events don't go your way.

The very first of my positive thinking tips is to get in the habit of asking yourself the right questions.  What do I mean by this?  First of all, our way of thinking is mainly based on the questions we ask ourselves each day.  Not convincing enough for you? Just watch your own thoughts for an hour or so.  A common mistake a lot of people make is asking themselves the wrong questions.  Things like “Why does this always happen to me?” or “Why does my life have to be so difficult?”  These kinds of questions are based on the assumption that adverse circumstances alway happens to you and that life is tough.  Emotions like these will only reaffirm this to you and becomes a self fullfilling prophecy.

What if instead, you started asking yourself questions that were more resourceful and more optimistic?  Perhaps, questions like “What is the positive outcome to this circumstance?” or “What can I be excited about today?”  Questions like these help strengthen positive beliefs into your head and can help you stay hopeful.  It will take some work at first to accept these beliefs (after all, you’ve thought the old beliefs for so long), but the benefits will be more than worth it..

Another one of my positive thinking tips is to start keeping a gratitude journal.  This could be as effortless as keeping a little journal by your bed and writing down everything you are thankful for that happened to you that day.  Write down what you are grateful for in your day to day life.  What you write down can be as simple as "I'm thankful I woke up this morning" or "I'm thankful it was a sunny and beautiful day".  In my gratitude journal, I once wrote down “I am grateful I caught the bus to work just in time today” and then the next day I wrote “I am grateful I missed the bus because it gave me time to read the newspaper in a cafe while I waited for the next bus.”  If you do this enough you will start to realize that there is an upside to everything in life and you can start to embrace a positive mental attitude.

My last positive thinking tip is to write down what you would like your life to be like.  Make sure you write down every single detail.  I wrote down as much as ten pages of specifics on my desired life.  I was very descriptive of all the places I wanted to travel and live life, how much money I made, and who I wanted to spend it with.  Doing this may take some time, but it will make you feel so great and so determined to make your ambitions come true, that I firmly advise you find the time to give it a shot.


So take a crack at these three positive thinking tips and you should see your attitude towards life do a 180 immediately.  And based on that foundation of positive thinking, you can simply work miracles in your life and achieve things that you never thought were possible..

3 Secret Law Of Attraction Techniques To Help You Manifest In No Time Flat

If you probably heard of "The Secret" or discovered the Law of attraction, you probably want to have the same miracles happen in your life and make your goals and dreams a reality. These are some Law of Attraction techniques that I'm going to share with you that you could possibly enjoy.

First thing to do is to create the "have it now" feeling. In The Secret, the most important thing to do is you have to believe and to act like you have what you want. This special method of visualization will help make you feel great which will help you be in a good frame of mind to be aligned with your desires You can close your eyes and concentrate on what you want. Do that in a quiet place where nobody can disturb you. You can begin by getting up and walking around your neighborhood. You can make believe that you already have what you need. Pretend you're already a millionaire if you want money. Pretend that you have your ideal relationship if you want love. Whatever you want in life, pretend that you already have it. You might want to walk as if you have it. You need to think as if you already have what you would like.

It feels as though I already have what I wanted in life every time I do this. When I have done this, I realize there's nothing left to struggle in life. Instead all what remains is joy and happiness. This is a wonderful feeling and one of my favorite Law of Attraction techniques.

Second thing to do is to be grateful in whatever you have in life. Having a grateful attitude has become the elements that makes the Law of Attraction work for you. When you are being grateful to the blessings you have, it's like you're telling the Universe, "Thank  you for all the blessings!" The Universe then will begin to give you more things to be grateful for.

One of the easiest way to cultivate the feelings of gratitude is to have a gratitude journal. Start by writing 5 things that you are thankful for everyday and these can either be big or small..  You'll learn you could be grateful for just about anything there is in your life. One day I wrote that I was grateful that I caught the bus at the right time and I wasn't late for an appointment. After that I also wrote that I was grateful I missed the bus because it gave me time to listen to the birds sing while I was waiting for the next bus. It is an  effective method  for changing your way of thinking.

Third action to take is just take the first step. Some people would not take a chance to move towards their goal because they don't know the plan on how to get what they want. This should not  slow you down.  Everyone that did this and reached their goals don't know on how the whole thing would work out. Simply take the first step and wait for the next opportunity to come.

At the same time, don't just drag your feet waiting for the traffic lights in your life to turn green. Just do the first step and wait for the Universe to reveal what you could do next. The Universe can give you whatever you want, but sometimes it won't give you the same thing that you expected.  You must be ready to adjust and be flexible when the right moment comes..  This technique of Law of Attraction is important and you should be able to adapt.

Use these 3 Law of Attraction techniques and you can really start to see some real, tangible results in your life. At least you'll get some ideas about things you can do to make these goals happen no matter what they are. Nothing's left that you have but the faith and courage to do and reach for your dreams.
